Hey everyone! After months of hard work, we're thrilled to announce we're moving out of beta and into General Availability (GA) version. In this blog post, we'll take you through the key updates and enhancements in our latest version, designed to streamline incident response for teams of all sizes and make production issues a breeze.

Merlinn is now open to everyone. Whether you're a small startup or a large enterprise, you can now sign up and start exploring Merlinn's features right away.

What's New?

Let's dive into some of the exciting enhancements and features you'll find in Merlinn:

  • Introducing our free tier: We want to give you value ASAP, which is why we're introducing a free tier. No credit card required – simply sign up and begin improving your alert and incident response processes immediately. If you want to learn more about our tiers, visit our new pricing section.
  • Knowledge graph support: Merlinn now taps into your company's knowledge graph, utilizing past post-mortems, JIRA tickets, Confluence/Notion documents, Slack messages, code files, and more to provide comprehensive insights during incidents. Basically any piece of information you can think of can be uploaded to Merlinn.
  • Expanded integrations: We've added support for Confluence, JIRA, Notion, MongoDB. More integrations are coming! If you have special requests, feel free to send them to or even schedule a meeting with us.
